Wom@rts inward journey: Award and rules
Award
Winner of the quiz will receive a return travel and accommodation arrangement (including accommodation in 4* hotel, plane and/or train and/or bus tickets) in value of 500€ to participate at the Wom@rts exhibition opening in Rijeka, Croatia (May 2020).
Travel and accommodation will be arranged with the winner of the quiz under best possible terms provided by the companies providing such services, depending on the home address of the winner and/or special needs of the winner.

Winner of the quiz will be selected through the quiz process among weekly winners of the quiz.
Quiz process
Quiz consists of 10 questions. Each question will be announced in a post at the Wom@rts inward journey website. Each post will include links to 3 different social media websites posts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) where the participants can answer the question in the comments field.
Questions will be announced at following dates:
- February 10, 2020
- February 17, 2020
- February 24, 2020
- March 2, 2020
- March 9, 2020
- March 16, 2020
- March 23, 2020
- March 30, 2020
- April 6, 2020
- April 13, 2020
Each question will be open for answers for 1 week. After 1 week, 3 weekly winners will be drawn by random selection process.
Weekly winners
For each post at social media websites where the question will be announced, we will choose 5 weekly winners.
Maximum number will be inserted in the random number generator provided by Google as the number of people who commented or shared the post within the social media website (except for Instagram where sharing cannot be tracked). The resulting number will be used as the selection number.
Participants lists (for comments and shares) provided by social media website will be opened 1 week after the question is announced at the social media website. Winner is the person in the selection number row of the list. Winner will be selected even if the answer is wrong.
Final draw
Weekly winners will be announced at the website and at social media websites. All winners will be contacted via their social media profiles for confirmation of participation in the final draw.
On April 23th the final draw will take place. A final list will be prepared in a spreadsheet with the weekly winners who confirmed participation in the final draw. Number of confirmed participants will be inserted in the random number generator provided by Google as the maximum number. The resulting number will be used as the selection number. Winner is the person in the selection number row of the list.
Participants without answers
Anyone can become participant even without answering the question. In order to become a participant without answering the question, a person should fill out this form.
If there will be participants without answering the questions, a special draw will be performed each week for 6th weekly winner among those who filled out the form during that week. Maximum number will be inserted in the random number generator provided by Google as the number of people who filled out the form. Winner is the person in the selection number row of the list for the week.
Privacy and other rules that participants comply to
All participants who interact (comment and/or share) any of the questions in the social media posts agree to the following rules:
- their basic social media profile data may be used in any screenshot for administrative reporting purpose of the project (screenshot created for providing proof of the project activity)
All participants may delete their comments or shares any time. For participating in the quiz they only have to have the like or comment present at the moment of weekly draw.
Weekly winners of the quiz will be contacted to provide additional confirmation of personal data usage.
